The Chicago Asthma Consortium has collaborated with Chicago’s Asthma Community to collect and share asthma resources that are available throughout Chicagoland. The intended beneficiaries of the Asthma Resource Collection are not only patients, but also those serving them: caregivers, providers, health systems, school systems, researchers, and non-profit organizations. By informing key stakeholders about each other’s services and service areas, CAC aims to deepen the resources to which the asthma community could refer their clients, increase the utilization of the organizations’ own resources, and help identify service gaps and opportunities for partnerships to fill them.
