Looking Back at How CAC Has Impacted Asthma Health Over 25 Years and Looking Forward
December 13, 2021  •   6:00 – 7:00 pm

As you know, the Chicago Asthma Consortium is integral at convening experts in asthma from the major health systems, universities, respiratory associations, asthma/allergy physicians and researchers, community-based organizations and community members in our region. For 25 years, our members and stakeholders have and continue to come together on a regular basis to advance the best practices and share knowledge of the medical breakthroughs in the field of asthma. Now it’s time for us to look back and celebrate all the innovations we’ve experienced, and look forward to what is to come in asthma care.

The Chicago Asthma Consortium is celebrating 25 years of service of helping increase the quality of life for those with asthma.

Join CAC online as we raise a toast to the next twenty five years! We have an hour lined up to honor the successes of our first 25 years and share our vision of the next quarter century.
